YouTube Legend Dream Finally Removes Mask!

The identity of Minecraft YouTube star Dream has been shrouded in secrecy for a long time and not one of his fans knew what he looked like in real life. But on October 3, the internet star took to social media to finally remove the legendary cartoonish mask and reveal their face!

In a brief YouTube video, he revealed his true identity to his 30 million subscribers for the very first time. "Hi, I'm Dream, and this is what I look like," reads the caption under the video. "After years of being completely faceless online, I finally decided to do a face reveal."

Drum roll...

"Hi, my name is Clay, otherwise known as Dream," he told fans in the short video. "I've been bunkered up. The people trying to leak my face, trying to find out what I look like... it's just a tiny bit too much. My goal was just to start doing things. Get out, meet creators, say hi to my friends finally. Just get out in the world, be an actual creator, be a person!"

"This channel is living proof that anyone can do anything," he continued said. "Anyone can be under the mask and I don't want my face reveal to take away from that fact - Dream could have been anyone from anywhere. I will be forever in debt to my viewers and my subscribers. I love you guys."

Clay said that his face will not appear in any future Minecraft videos, but is considering making even more content with his friends – as himself!
